If you’ve been to or lived in Japan, then you’re no stranger to store jingles and theme songs. I first found out about theme in one of my favorite games of all time, Shenmue.
Ryu is leaving town because if he hears that pizza shop song just ONE more time…

And it’s not just electronic stores. It goes to pharmacies, grocery stores, even down to the seafood and section (This is a song about fish and how it will make you smart and strong):

Point is, if you come to Japan, be prepared to hear the same 1 minute song 20 times in a row as well as “Irashaimase!”
